He came on time with a smile on his face ready to help. He was upfront about the costs and what certain things meant and would happen if we chose this over that. He was very transparent. We called because of our water heater, and he was here the next day with a new one. The entire time he was here he was pleasant, great to talk to, and very efficient in his work. We also had an issue with our dishwasher leaking into the sink and he knew immediately how to fix it and did so rather quickly. We are really impressed. I would absolutely refer anyone and everyone to him. We've finally found our family plumber. Call him, you won't regret it. read less

Returned home in 2020 from a trip and my pipes had frozen, John came right a way and ended up fixing the main leak and a secondary break after restarting furnace. This year I noticed a dry puddle under the furnace and corrosion on some pipes. After reviewing photos, John came within 5 days and replaced only what was necessary and checked the operation of the unit.

John's experience shows in his work, thoroughness and concern for his customers. I have referred John to friends and co-workers, who have let me know they too appreciate his service.
I'd say stop paying the big dogs for less and go to Fox for the best! read less

Excellent customer service and quality work! They were able to diagnose gas fireplace repair over phone so could bring parts and repair on the spot. Very fair price and quick response.
