He was upfront about the costs and what certain things meant and would happen if we chose this over that. He was very transparent. We called because of our water heater, and he was here the next day with a new one. The entire time he was here he was pleasant, great to talk to, and very efficient in his work. We also had an issue with our dishwasher leaking into the sink and he knew immediately how to fix it and did so rather quickly. We are really impressed. I would absolutely refer anyone and everyone to him. We've finally found our family plumber. Call him, you won't regret it.read less
